Modern-day "ninja skirt" for avoiding pursuers

Imagine you could have any superpower you wanted, but only one. Given this choice, some people would probably pick superhuman strength or the ability to fly or repel bullets or see through walls. The ability to turn into a vending machine, however, would probably be way down on most people's lists.

But unlike those other powers, this power is actually within your reach—assuming that Japanese designer Aya Tsukioka makes her one-of-a-kind skirt in your size. Ms Tsukioka says it's meant as a crime-prevention tool by allowing women to hide from pursuers. Other uses include ditching a date who turns out to be a real loser.

Obviously inspired by the Transformers.

Hello,

I am studying at the London school of Journalism and I'm writing an article of the dangers/solutions for women in London against pursuers. I just saw this amazing invention of the 'ninja skirt' that I find really interesting.
Do you know how I could be in contact with Aya Tsukiako?
Besides, what do you think about it?

Thank you.

Elisa

I searched and searched but could find no design studio, school, or store associated with Ms Tsukioka's name. I did find more than a few comments, however, saying the "ninja skirt" is probably a joke or at least a tongue-in-cheek novelty item, not a serious self-defense product.

I'm no crime prevention expert, but think of what would happen if you donned your "vending machine" disguise only to have you pursuer find you out: you'd be standing there essentially wearing a big sack over your body - not exactly an ideal defensive situation to be in!
